Meet our Collections Team, a dedicated group of professionals who work closely with clients throughout every stage of the collections and legal process. From answering questions and managing communications to assisting with account-related concerns and lawsuit support, our team is committed to providing responsive, professional service while helping clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Susan Hinman

Susan Hinman serves as our Collections Department Manager, where she works closely with corporate and consumer clients as well as debtors, overseeing accounts with care and precision. With more than 25 years of management experience, including 13 years in retail collections. She is known for her strong attention to detail and consistently high level of customer service. Susan brings both professionalism and approachability to her role, helping to foster productive relationships across even challenging interactions. Outside of work, she enjoys reading mystery novels and spending time with her two kids and two dogs.

Gracie Sullivan

Gracie Sullivan is a Legal Assistant who manages client, agency, and employer communications while supporting the drafting and follow-through of lawsuits. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, completing her studies in just three years as a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. With a strong background in customer service, Gracie brings both professionalism and attentiveness to her role. She is an aspiring attorney with a clear commitment to the legal field. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and writing, as well as spending time with her dog.

Ka’Lynn Savage

“My name is Ka’Lynn Savage, and I am one of the legal assistants at our office. I graduated from Wayne County Community College District with an Associate of Arts degree and from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. I will be starting law school soon as I continue pursuing my passion for helping others and advocating for those in need. I am dedicated to providing professional, compassionate assistance and making every client feel supported throughout the legal process.”

Ginny Morrison

Ginny Morrison brings decades of experience as an administrative assistant in the legal field, having built her career at several respected law firms, including Butzel Long and DeLoof, Dever, Eby. She was drawn to a smaller firm setting for the opportunity to work more closely with clients and contribute in a more hands-on, collaborative environment. Known for her warm personality and quick sense of humor, Ginny enjoys creating a positive atmosphere in the office. Outside of work, she is an avid reader, a lover of animals, and enjoys traveling throughout Europe whenever she has the chance.
